Throughout my career as an agent I've paid attention to what works and what doesn't in terms of building my client base to over 850 clients since 2013 and to keep them coming back.
Since there is a lack of fundamental sales and marketing education for travel agents. I wanted to take everything I had learned in growing my successful business and break it down for other agents to replicate.
With a combination of nearly 13 years experience in the industry and my background as a teacher, I take sales and marketing strategy and break it down into doable steps.
The Sales Lab is the incubator for this transformation as you implement what you learn. I am available to you in the challenges and through our quarterly 1-on-1 calls. Because clicking play on a video does not bring you more leads. Doing what I tell you to do in the video does.

Q: What if I don't have enough time to do the work?
Answer
I know it is hard to find the time to do anything, but do you find the time to scroll on your phone? If so take 20 minutes of that a day and work on your business by doing the Sales Lab work.
Q. I don't have enough followers or clients, will this work for me?
Answer
Even if you have just 25 likes on your FB page, if you put all 25 of those people in a room it would feel like a lot.
It's not the size of your client book or page likes that matter. It's your commitment to connect with your audience and provide value consistently.
I want you to be successful and happy with the purchase. If you do the work, and you're not satisfied with the program, simply email dana@gutsgritgoals.com within 30 days of your sign-on date and I'll gladly issue a refund.
If you would like to cancel your quarterly subscription, You may request to do so at any time. However, please note that in order to avoid being charged for the next quarter, You must notify me by email of your request to cancel at least 1 business day before your next bill date. Once I process your cancellation request, you will no longer be charged. Payments for the next billing cycle will not be refunded, so please make sure to cancel at least 1 business day prior to Your upcoming billing date.
We do not provide any refunds for quarterly subscriptions after the member's first 30 days.
If you would like to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time. Please note, however, that you need to cancel at least 1 business day prior to your renewal date to prevent the next year’s subscription from being processed and billed.
If you request to cancel an annual subscription at least 1 business days prior to the twelfth month after purchase, I will issue a prorated refund for any full months left in the subscription. The refund rate will be calculated as the fee stated at the time of purchase, divided by twelve, and multiplied by the number of full months remaining in your subscription.
